The TCL Team is headed by Mr. Vinod Jain. Working within the TCL Framework the TCL Team aspires to establish a mores of household well-being which will progressively lead towards societal well-being.

TCL identifies the significance of women empowerment. In view of that, more than 50% of its Board of Trustees are women. At present about 20% staff is female.

TCL has its Corporate Office in Lucknow and its Field Office is located in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh.
