Mr. Tejinder Singh Bhogal has post-graduate diploma from IRMA. He has over 30 years of experience in development. He has worked for 15 years in direct project implementation in NDDB and PRADAN thereafter worked as Capacity Building & Organizational Effectiveness Consultant. He focuses on organizational effectiveness (OE), Capacity Building& Organizational Development (OD), and Human Resource Development (HRD).
